HOW TO VIEW LOCATIONS

HOW TO VIEW LOCATIONS

Learn how to expand your account by adding new locations to your profile. This guide provides a quick walkthrough of the necessary navigation steps to successfully view your location hierarchy, including regions, physical sites, and storage rooms within each site.

A location represents a place where inventory exists.  WAStockID locations are designed to be flexible, allowing you to create locations to represent a region, storage cabinet, or procedure room. You can configure locations to represent how you think about where inventory is held throughout your business location.

Info
When creating your location hierarchy, keep in mind that inventory actions, (i.e. Transfers/Receipts/Takes) can only be performed at the lowest levels of the location's hierarchy tree and require the location to have a physical address.
