CREATING AN EXTERNAL NOTIFICATION

Learn how to set up automated alerts for people outside of your account.  This guide walks you through the configuration process to ensure that you receive timely email notifications for your inventory updates.




Notification Access:  

To set up an External Notification,
    1.  Navigate to the Access Management via " Access" in the left side navigation bar. 
    2.  Select the Notifications Tab at the top



3.  Click plus (+) button

Notification Creation

4.  Open the Notification Type dropdown

5.  Select Stock Level Alert

6.  Type or select an email address in the email field.

NotesYou can also send email alerts to people who are not users in the system, including group email boxes through this feature.


7.  Click "Create"

Location Assignment

8.  Click "Add Location"

9.  Check the "Select All" checkbox to install the notification for all locations, or individually select the locations you would like the notification to apply to

10.  Click "Add Location(s)"

11.  Click "Save"
