HOW TO CREATE & CONFIGURE A NEW USER PROFILE
Learn how to efficiently add a new user to your system by setting up their profile, location access, and specific permissions. This guide ensures you can correctly assign roles, groups, and notification settings for seamless account management.
User Registration
1. Navigate to https://wastockid.wasolutions.com/access/users
2. Click the Add (+) button
3. Enter the user's email, first name and last name: janedoe@email.com, Jane Doe
4. Click "Create User"
Location Assignment
5. Select "Demo Location" and "Storage Closet", click "Add Location(s)"
A user, unless they are in an Admin Role must have a location assigned to them individually here, or through assigning locations to groups.
Role and Group Assignment
6. Assign the "Sample 1" role to the user
7. Assign "Group 1 "to the user
Notification Configuration
8. Enable the "Received Qty Variance" notification for the user.
Similar to locations, a user can be assigned notifications individually or within a group.
9. Click Save
