HOW TO CREATE & CONFIGURE A NEW ROLE USING A TEMPLATE
Learn how to efficiently set up a new user role within the platform by defining names and selecting specific templates. This guide simplifies the role management process to help administrators maintain organized access control.
Navigation
1. Navigate to https://wastockid.wasolutions.com/access/users
2. Click "Roles" tab
All Users must be assigned at the minimum a role.
Role Creation
3. Click the add icon (+)
4. Create/Type a Role Name in to Name field
5. Click "Create Role"
Role Configuration
6. Select Role, i.e. "Regional Manager" from Template dropdown
By using a template, there is already a preloaded set of resources and permissions applied. You can further customize the template to fit your needs.
7. Click "Save"
