IMPORT & CONFIGURE ITEM MASTER DATA

Upload Your Master Files

Learn how to efficiently upload your item master files to the platform. This guide will walk you through the inventory import process and initial configuration steps to ensure your data is ready for use.
  1. Navigate to https://wastockid.wasolutions.com/inventory
     2.  Click "Import Item Master"

    3.  Click "Download Template"

    4.  Click "Browse" to select the item master file

    5.  On the import screen you may download the Item Master template.

    6.  Click "Import"

    7.  Click "View" to navigate to the imported Item Master List

    8.  If the import fails, you will get an error

    9.  If this occurs, view the Error Log to see the specific issues that prevented data import.  To proceed, edit the CVS file, and re-import.

   10.  View your Item Master
